A collaborative lecture with Alborada Spanish Dance Theater and I Giullari di Piazza. Dances and music of Spain and Italy, dating from the Spanish occupation of Sicily and Naples plusfusion pieces with beautiful costumes. Traditional musical instruments reflecting the 16th Century upthrough the present day. There are many common bonds between the two countries, includingcommon instruments: castanets, tambourines, guitars and percussive instruments.
